Muldoon Actuarial and Biostatistical Analysis is my private entity registered with the Nebraska SOS office to engage in research on actuarial healthcare issues and topics in Biostatistics. By trade I have been a designated actuary since 1994 working for State Insurance Departments, Disease Management Vendors, Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans and Actuarial Consulting firms. By education, I received my M.A. in Theoretical Statistics (Ball State 1995) and have received a Graduate Certificate in Public Health (Colorado School of PH 2013). In 2010 I passed the Advanced SAS Programming exam.
